		<description>BL, you missed my point.  Although what OFAC provides in the report is itself clear, it doesn&#039;t tell the entire story, which makes it not very useful for those in the export community who try to do their best to comply with OFAC&#039;s rules.  Some more detail, such as what BIS customarily supplies in relation to civil penalty settlement agreements, would be a benefit to the export community.</description>
