For those not familiar with it, Huntsville is this little high-tech oasis in the midst of a sea of cotton. Its a wonderful little place, as the judge's decision shows. Of course, this is the same US Attorney's office that lost the case against the CEO of Health South, so it wasn't like Baker Donelson was playing against a AAAA varsity team.
