		<description>Also of note is the designation of the Sudanese national phone company, Sudatel.  Its shares are publicly traded in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and on the Khartoum. To my knowledge, this is the first publicly traded company on the SDN list. I was surprised this information (easily gleaned from a Google search) was not included in the designation.</description>
